Terms & Conditions

1) DEFINITIONS

“Goods” means any products and/or services provided by the Company as ordered by the Client

“Company” means TRiMEDiX LTD (registered in England & Wales, company registration no. 07595648) and the company's website www.trimedix.co.uk.

“Client” means the person, or organisation placing an order with the Company.

2) APPLICATION

These terms and conditions are applicable to the supply of any Goods (products & services) made by the Company to the Client.

3) PRICE

All prices are quoted in British Sterling and are inclusive of VAT (IF APPLICABLE) (as may be prescribed by law from time to time), unless otherwise specified.

4) PAYMENTS

4.1 All payments must be made in British Stirling only, unless otherwise specified.

4.2 Accepted methods of payment include Paypal and major credit cards as accepted by Paypal.

6) CANCELLATION

6.1 Cancellations of an order by the Client must be sent to cancellations@trimedix.co.uk or via the appropriate website channels.

6.2 If the order has already been dispatched the Company cannot refund any monies spent on postage.

7) DELIVERY

7.1 The Company’s policy is to dispatch all goods within 3 working days upon receipt of payment.

7.2 All orders are delivered using Royal Mail unless otherwise specified and will be charged for.  The Company has the right to fluctuate the delivery charges in proportion with their costs for shipping.

8) PASSING OF RISK & ACCEPTANCE

8.1 In the event of an order being lost by a third party, The Company bears no risk once it has left their trading premises.

8.2 The Client shall inspect the goods within a reasonable time after their receipt and shall be deemed to have accepted the goods unless they notify the Company within 7 days after their receipt.

9) GOVERNING LAW

These Terms of Trading shall be subject to and construed in accordance with the laws of England and the parties hereby submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts
