Delivery Information

UK Delivery Services

• FREE Delivery on all orders placed over £40
• All orders are shipped by recorded delivery and options are available for 1^st and 2^nd Class services
• Delivery should normally take no more than 3 to 5 working days.
• Please ensure that you are available to sign for the delivery of the goods and the delivery address you provide us with is correct with a full postcode.

International Delivery Services

• All orders are shipped via Royal Mail services
• Options are available for Standard Airmail or International Recorded Delivery.
• Please ensure that the delivery address you provide us with is complete and correct.
• TRiMEDiX will obtain proof of purchase for all Standard Airmail deliveries and cannot be held responsible for losses.

We endeavour to process all orders and dispatch goods within 2 working days of receiving payment

 All Deliveries are processed through Royal Mail Services

Working days are defined as Monday – Friday (excluding bank and public holidays)

Please ensure your delivery address is correct before completing your order. We are unable to take responsibility for the delay or loss of a parcel where incorrect or incomplete delivery details have been provided.

Once the goods have left us and are in the possession of Royal Mail, TRiMEDiX cannot be held responsible for any losses or delivery delays.
